When I dropped him off we discussed extra fee for trimming nails and she asked me about "pretty face and feet" but didnt state price. Upon picking up my dog a "long haired dog" adjustment was made to the initial bath and brush. Yes my dog is a goldendoodle - that is clippered SHORT for entire body and shaved underneath with a mohawk and lion tail. You should not be charging extra when a long haired dog has a short hair cut. Also you seriously dont include cost of shampoo in with your price quotes?!?! That is VERY misleading. He didnt even smell good/clean like he does after bath at other places. Also the cashier in the store was beyond unprofessional. with cusomer in fron of me she kept looking at her watch and talking about people texting her. When I asked to keep the paper from grooming showing cost per item she said " yeah sure I put my two weeks in already anyway. my last day is Nov 21/22." so you arent losing anything with her leaving your business.
