  This store is absolutely disgusting! Animal enclosures smell terrible, almost every aisle had something in it blocking your way. Dead fish on the floor by the fish tanks. Just filthy and the workers clearly don’t care bc they just stand at the counter.

  Took my dog to get a bath and brush for the first time at Petco. Im not happy with the pricing. I booked appt on line. When I dropped him off we discussed extra fee for trimming nails and she asked me about "pretty face and feet" but didnt state price. Upon picking up my dog a "long haired dog" adjustment was made to the initial bath and brush. Yes my dog is a goldendoodle - that is clippered SHORT for entire body and shaved underneath with a mohawk and lion tail. You should not be charging extra when a long haired dog has a short hair cut. Also you seriously dont include cost of shampoo in with your price quotes?!?! That is VERY misleading. He didnt even smell good/clean like he does after bath at other places. Also the cashier in the store was beyond unprofessional. with cusomer in fron of me she kept looking at her watch and talking about people texting her. When I asked to keep the paper from grooming showing cost per item she said " yeah sure I put my two weeks in already anyway. my last day is Nov 21/22." so you arent losing anything with her leaving your business.

  Not happy with your coupon system. I have to spend $40 in order to get 20% off. After I spend time looking for my item and getting in line just to find out that my 20% coupon did not qualify because I was only spending $36. It’s ridiculous and it’s outrageous

  Worst ever grooming experience for my dog . Groomer Miranda , she doesn't know how to handle any pet . All she knows to escape from her work . I booked an exclusive grooming appointment for my pet which usually takes about 3-4 hours . Just within 20 mins after I dropped my pet , they called me for a pickup saying that they can't lift my dog who weighs around 60lbs . She didn't do anything and charged me extra for the service that my pet didn't receive . Absolute unprofessional and incase if this is how you want to continue , its better to close the grooming option than running the business with these unprofessional groomers.
