My cat has been having some health problems and I've been struggling with the information I'm getting from the vet about the best course of treatment. The owner of this store spent a good deal of time helping me understand my cat's issues and the best nutritional options for her. Thank you so much for this and for the food you recommended. I plan to shop here often!

He has been extremely helpful, informative, and does not apply any pressure to what to do. He is very passionate about pet nutrition and is driven to educate people and allow them to make an informed decision. I did a sensitivity test that they sell and he spent over an hour with me doing a consultation to make sure we were getting food, treats, and general sensitivity issues addressed. Every one else I have interacted with at the store is very kind and helpful.
