- SKSuad KhalilNov 1, 20251.0There is a reason they offer “free first visit”. They’re not a smart office. My dog came in with a kennel cough, very clear kennel cough. They diagnosed him with allergies… although he has had a history of allergies, the doctor should be experienced enough to differentiate the two. He was NOT licking his paws that day - the day prior - or in the moment but was coughing… in the end, they wanted to charge us nearly $800 for a “allergy diagnosis” and we knocked it down to $130 (just paying for medication for what he is being diagnosed for) and NOTHING CHANGED. He is worst than before. Barely barking, barely has energy. He will not see this clinic again.

I also appreciate that the clinic gets us in quickly when we need an appointment and takes time to talk over the phone when we need advice. Highly recommend!

My puppy had been coming here since she was 4 weeks ago, got all of her shots and surgeries here and recently she was killed by a car within walking distance of this location. I came here for help right after it happened and asked if someone could help me move her body from the middle of the street and the woman responded “I mean you can’t do it”. I was in shambles and obviously couldn’t do it alone and would have appreciated someone’s help.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
