So the staff here is absolutely amazing. I took my dog in pretty much knowing that I was gonna have to put him down. They gave me a treatment option, but I declined. They did not try to push for me to get the stuff done to figure out what was wrong. They even told me after the fact that they think I made the right decision because no matter what we figured out, it was not gonna be good news for Jax the vet and the ladies working under her treated my dog as if it was their own. It was a very difficult time for me and they just went the extra mile to do things that they did not have to do and I know a lot of other places would not have, so I fully recommend this place and the pricing was fair. Once again, the staff and the security there get 10 stars

There is a reason they offer “free first visit”. They’re not a smart office. My dog came in with a kennel cough, very clear kennel cough. They diagnosed him with allergies… although he has had a history of allergies, the doctor should be experienced enough to differentiate the two. He was NOT licking his paws that day - the day prior - or in the moment but was coughing… in the end, they wanted to charge us nearly $800 for a “allergy diagnosis” and we knocked it down to $130 (just paying for medication for what he is being diagnosed for) and NOTHING CHANGED. He is worst than before. Barely barking, barely has energy. He will not see this clinic again.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs.
