  Crystal in grooming is the best groomer I have ever had. I have a 8 yr old doodle and a 4 yr old doodle. They always look wonderful and love seeing her. My 4 yr old is hard to groom and groomers have rejected her. Crystal does a wonderful job and my dog loves her.

  I am not happy with my experience here. I booked a grooming appointment for my dog Elsa for 04/18/26 and when I booked the appointment online for a bath and haircut it showed the price being $71 and also on the website when I went to verify the price it showed that the appointment was cancelled after I had dropped her off but I did not cancel it. When I went to pay the price then jumped to $88.99. When I questioned it I was told that a $12 fee is added on for the haircut and there was a $5.99 materials fee (which understood that) but the $12 for the cut didn't make any sense because when I booked the appointment no where online did it show that there was $12 fee for the cut and a $5.99 fee for materials. If I would have known that it would cost almost $90 then I wouldn't have booked the appointment. On top of that my directions weren't followed for my dogs haircut the way I asked. My dog has a feather tail (she is a Border Collie) and I asked for her to be fully shaved down except for the tail which I only like a small amount cut just so it doesn't drag on the ground when she is going potty. When I picked her up he tail was pretty much gone (way shorter than what I asked for), she has random patches of hair that wasn't shaved right, and her paws have like the stair step look and same with her ears. Elsa is 11 yrs old so her hair doesn't grow back like it used to and I'm pretty upset at the fact that her beautiful feather tail is probably ruined. The staff was nice overall but I'm just not thrilled with the extra cost that I did not expect and the fact that my instructions for her cut was not done correctly. I will honestly not be coming back for grooming and will be returning to my previous groomer location. Update 04/21/26 they did wind up making it right after go back and forth with the grooming manager they gave me a refund but was told that I could no longer bring my dog Elsa to them for service. Which I didn't plan on sbringing her back there anyways. Glad I got my money back. Thanks for doing the right thing.

  You guys should be ashamed at how you are keeping the animals. The tarantulas have nowhere to hide, not nearly enough substrate, and are so overfed that one fall could kill them. The ball pythons have only a singular hide and are kept on aspen wood shavings which does not provide them with the humidity they need. The bearded dragons are on reptile carpet, which is a complete scam and does nothing but hurt them. They have nowhere to shave their claws down and could absolutely get stuck in that carpet and hurt themselves. I am beyond disappointed and am so angry. The way these animals are being kept is nothing short from abuse.

  Imani was free with words against me with the PETCO grooming staff months back. She mimicked me and bad mouthed me Fast forward to Saturday, April 4th, I arrived at PETCO Grooming department with my mini schnauzer, ELLE. Becca was scheduled to groom her at 11:30am. I called at 4:40 to see if Elle was ready for pickup and I was told that Becca had been working on Elle’s back, and put her in her kennel while she attended to another animal and she noticed that Imani was standing by Elle’s crate where she was bleeding from being cut on her right ear.; and was bleeding. Becca was distraught that Elle was bleeding in an area of her body that she had not YET TRIMMED. So she was bleeding because of someone else. My question, is WHY Imani back by Elle’s crate! Why wasn’t she tending to the front desk? She was the only one by Elle. ELLe was bleeding in an area that had not yet been groomed. I will not take Elle to another groomer! My groomer and Elle have a connection. She loves going into PETCO in order to see Becca. With that said, I’ll plan on bringing a camera for Elle’s crate so she is protected from Imani, when Becca is attending to another pet. Fire her or Imani will be hearing from my attorney about this! If she has a beef with me, she talks to me! Not take her aggressions out on my dog! Leatha Ault
