- JFJennifer FriedelDec 30, 20251.0I got a 500 count of giant Mill worms. And there was at least 40 of them dead. If who ever puts them on the shelves need to take the plastic off the lid so maybe they can get some air. This happens ever time I get worms. I'm about to go somewhere else.

I've personally seen them keep reptiles in conditions that will kill them or stress them to the point they won't live a full life and packages of live isopods or crickets where every single one in the pack is dead from lack of water. Everything in there seems miserable. Also, good luck getting help. I've seen half a dozen cars in the employee part of the parking lot and only one person actually on the floor taking care of a line of customers.

I’m so miffed, and don’t understand that handlers who see these pets every day can’t make sure they don’t have pests or parasites. The poor thing was probably covered for weeks. And if she has them, it’s certain every other snake in the vicinity have them. Horrible husbandry.

Incredibly happy with these two boys. Very playful and you can tell they are not timid or bashful and have no issues with us playing with them at all.
