    Asked about a couple snakes that are very clearly UNHEALTHY. They offered half off on them but didn’t seem worried about their health AT ALL. Do not recommend buying from them.

    I scheduled an online appointment to have my puppy get your puppy bath. When I arrived I waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check him in. The lady at the front paged two times for someone to come before they did. When they did come, they said they had no record of his rabies vaccine, which was done in that same building. She finally found it and said that they didn’t put it in the system correctly. She then told me that it would be two hours before he would be done once they started him. I said that that wouldn’t work due to my schedule that day. And asked if it could be done in an hour and a half. It did not say anywhere on the form online when I booked his appointment that it would be a two hour appointment at least. She said that they had some electrical outlets not working and other dogs they were doing At the same time. I told her to please cancel my appointment. I then spoke with the manager who did not apologize, but stated that when humans get haircuts it sometimes takes two hours.. My dog did not need a haircut and was not scheduled for a haircut. He is a dachshund and was scheduled for a bath nail trim and ear clean. The manager seemed unapologetic and the girl who was giving the bath, was very frustrated and took it out on me. I will never return to that Petco.

    Love Petco! We have 4 large dogs that are our everything. We do online orders every month at Petco, but decided we'd go check the local store. Got a couple of dog beds and a bag of yogurt treats. Great sale all around! The cashier was friendly and helpful, and anyone that compliments our pups are automatically on my good side. Great selection and love the layout of the store. Easy to find everything. Plus they had some free dental chews!

    If you’re going to sell animals, you should set owners up for success. Watched an employee sell a woman 2 betta fish, a handful of corydoras, guppies, and snails for her ten gallon tank. Those fish will choke to death on ammonia and waste if the bettas don’t kill everything first. I get they’re fish, but they’re still alive. It’s gross that you all are so negligent and only care about profit. I don’t buy livestock from petco because I don’t want poorly bred, genetic messes, but I guarantee now I will never buy another supply for any animal from this company. Disgusting.

    Impossible to get an auto ship cancelled, keep getting an error message in my account. I have contacted via Chat and on the phone the following day. All they tell me is a work order has been submitted. I will NEVER do an auto ship with them again! I would give 0 star if I could. Update: clearly whomever responded to this post did not read as I have contacted multiple times by Chat AND Phone. Also, cannot remove my credit card because it is linked to an auto ship, that I cannot cancel!!!!! Never shop here at least online, is my warning to you.
