They never answer my phone calls and it took over 7 hours to groom him. It's also the first time my poodle has not been blow dried and given that super soft fluff in 4 years. Why did I pay you guys over 100 dollars? Very unprofessional. Oh and he had a hang nail that was bothering him overall I've never been so angry when getting my dog groomed

Lady is a very nervous dog, we've had to be careful with who we take her to for Grooming. We've had wonderful experiences here at Missouri Institute of Pet Grooming! Lady feels at ease and knows she's in good hands. I recommend them highly, even for dogs with allergies and special needs - They have the special touch and heart for animals.
