- JVJacqui VNov 14, 20251.0So, they overcharged me. Then, missed some vaccines which i did not realize until i tried getting my dog groomed. They are not a very warm and friendly clinic. The pricing was insane.

I brought him here and they were very kind...no judgment (I really should have brought him sooner). They addressed his needs and within a week of treatment, he was like a new dog! He's feeling great and looking great! The staff is great. My dog (Bandit) is usually cautious about people he doesn't know, but he really likes everyone at the clinic. He even gets excited when we arrive! We have found our vet and if you are in Springfield, I highly recommend this clinic.
