The staff is great. Don't get their wellness plan unless you expect to pay for every single visit. I was told when I got the plan that nail clipping was included and just found out after the clipping that it's $21

Missed a very obvious case of ring worm on my cats ears. He glows under a UV light. It's super obvious. Any professional should have diagnosed it. Charged me $170 for ineffective treatments.

My dog’s tail had to be amputated due to negligence on behalf of the staff. My dog should had a simple nail grind, I was told dogs hair was tangled with the grinder and broke the tail bone so no option but to amputate. STAY AWAY!!!!!
