  Shadowood Pet Resort is amazing! My rescue dog is so skittish and Natalie does great with her. Natalie is also a very ethical business owner and always does right by parents and pets!

  Took two dogs there for the first time and the place smelled bad. But mainly once we got our pups home they have been very skittish, acting like they will be hit. Tossed a new toy to our retriever and he cowered and pissed on the floor. Would not recommend to anyone

  Awful experience. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Our husky had an appointment for a bath at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. The "groomer" informed me they would call when he was finished. They called me not even 30 minutes later, saying my HUSKY was finished. When I arrived I told the girl "that was fast." She replied, "we have really high-powered dryers back there." When they brought my husky out, he was still wet! She then said, "it's just his tail. He wouldn't let me dry him." He was still wet. After leaving, I called to speak with the owner. No answer, so I left a message. No one ever called me back. Do not waste your time. Do not take your fur babies here! Extremely poor service in every way!!

  Excellent grooming and boarding services at reasonable rates. My dogs are always excited to arrive!

  Amazing staff and quality housing. Did well with my dogs separation blues and got him to play only a few days later.
