First I notice a dead betta that looks like he had been there for awhile. The rest are stressed out and in poor conditions. The actual fish isle has at least 20 fish dead. Some look like they been there all day if not multiple. The rest of the fish were stressed or dying. Some bouncing off the gravel trying to live but they were on the verge of death. Snails were all dead besides a few nerite snails,by the looks of it. I am extremely! Unhappy by the state of the fish. They are living beings. They deserve more respect. This is disgusting.

We were the only ones in the store and couldn't find not one worker. So I called the store. As I was calling we finally run into a woman who's wrestling with a cat. I see a name tag and tell my husband. He says "excuse me we need help." She says "I'm so sorry I thought you were my boss." & proceeds to leave us to answer the phone (which is me because I hadn't had time to hang up yet.) She answers the phone & I state "Yes, it's us. We couldn't find anyone and we're trying to get fish." She screams "WHAT??" So I hang up and try to explain in person. She has an attitude the entire time we ask for help. I tell her either snails because they're $3.99. She says "I don't know." Hatefully. I tell her what I want and she ignores my husband when he tried to tell her the fish he picked. I tell her - he's trying to tell you. As we pick out the fish and she's trying to put water in a bag & spilling it my husband gets an emergency on his phone. As were leaving she screams "Are y'all coming back?" 1.) If you have no idea what you're doing or wanna help people - you don't need to work in an animal store. 2.) When someone has an emergency sympathy goes a long way - CLEARLY we weren't expecting it. 3.) Get a new attitude.
