However, the compassion at the Manchester location was beyond compared. I had called them to cancel an appt for my dog Daisey to be put asleep due to her passing her sleep. They offered me a blanket and container to put her in and told me never to be sorry for my emotions towards a cherish pet.

Today that was not the case as Jessica was extremely rude, unfriendly, and probably doesn't need to work with customers. I was picking up medicine that was supposed to already be ready but it wasn't. That wasn't a big deal. She was asking for the last name of the dog and I told her ( you would think I know this since I'm the customer) but she ignored it twice and came back with "um I wasn't talking to you, I'm talking to her". Wow. You clearly hate your job and don't need to be around people with this type of attitude. Other than this...its an okay place to take your pets.
- DSDanny SchraderMar 26, 20171.0I'm honestly shocked at the prices this place tries to charge. We adopted a dog with heartworm. They quoted us between two and three thousand dollars! Unbelievable; our old vet did it for well less than one thousand. Add in the extra shots they try to tack on that no other vet would even suggest... In all fairness, they were very nice and seemed to genuinely care about our dog but making treatments affordable would help him even more..

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
