- CPCynthia PrattJun 19, 20251.0Unprofessional to say the least. I booked a vaccination clinic appointment for May 4th. The package was $149.00. One of the vaccines needed at booster in 4 weeks. At NO TIME was i told there would be an additional charge. Went in for booster and was I told there was a $50 charge. That's 1/3 the cost of the entire package. I asked to speak to manager, they told me that I was informed at the time of 1st appointment... No I wasn't, I was called a liar and humiliated. I told them no wonder I quit coming here and you worked to regain my business..NOT AGAIN. BEWARE THEY A SCAMMERS I filled a complaint asked for a call from supervisor and basically I was told the puppy packages the boosters were included with quoted price but since mine wasn't considered a puppy package the quoted price didn't include the booster..... explain that logic.
