I came in last night after we adopted a puppy. Linda was AMAZING! She was (and always has been) so incredibly helpful. Everyone in the store is always extremely kind and helpful, but I have to give a huge shout out and ‘thank you’ to Linda for going out of her way to chat with me and help me get the best products for the latest addition to our family!

On Saturday November 8th I went to the Petco in Liberty to buy some live plants for my aquarium. I looked around and noticed that they only had one tank that I assumed was their only live plants. I decided to go get some help. As I am walking towards the counter, I raised up on my tip toes and saw three young ladies standing near the register. Two had glasses on and the other one didn't. I looked at them and motioned at them for help. I made eye contact with the two looking in my direction. They both walked away from the register and went in separate directions totally ignoring me. One stopped where an employee was doing something with the cats. I said in a loud audible voice to her "can I get some help." She looked at me and said "what." I looked at her and said " what...is that how talk to customers." She just stood there and looked at me. I was so taken back and angry. I felt as though it was rude and like I was bothering her. She has no ppl skills and definitely shouldn't be working at a place of business where you have to interact with customers. I went back to the register and told the cashier that I wanted to speak with a manager. She said something about "if she's still here and then said to me is everything okay. I said no. I overheard the cashier tell the person on the phone that she was needed up front. I waited around for about 4 or 5 mins. No manager!! It was around 4:45pm or close to 5. I could see and hear the two young girls that ignored me standing in the fish aquarium area having a conversation. I left the store and went to my car. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager . A female answered and stated that she was the manager. I explained my experience and how I despise when someone says "what" to me when I ask a question. She somewhat sympathized with me and said she would have a talk with her staff. I just started the fish collection hobby. I bought my fish at this particular Petco and other supplies. All my previous interactions were pleasant. The two girls I am talking about looked to be new employees or I've never seen them before. Because I didn't feel like a valued customer, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I found another fish supply store in Liberty. I was greeted when I walked in and I was informed about different types of live plants. It doesn't take much to be nice to ppl. Customer service is what I value most when I am out spending my money. The big box stores don't give a damn about repeat customers. Send your employees out for training!!! Ppl skills will go a long ways. Like I said I found this store pictured. That will be my new go to store for fish products.

The manager at the Liberty location was phenomenal with an issue we encountered with the pet we adopted. Very knowledgeable, understanding, and took the time to ensure we were taken care of. Best customer service I’ve received. Thank you, Stacy!

I brought my dogs here for the first time to get groomed. They did great on all 3 of my dogs, each with completely different coat types. They were kind and conscious of my senior dogs ability needs. Also the report cards were hilarious. I will definitely bring my dogs back.
