Both times a young lady named Ava helped me with some crickets and bagged them up for me and was very sweet and efficient. The next time I went in she had a very long line of people and a customer asked her to hold her puppy while she went to her car and Ava very happily agreed and continued to ring up people and was very pleasant and engaging.

I was coming in for potty pads for my cat(who was abandoned and had gone back to a feral state) I checked out with Ava who asked what kind of dog I have and I explained my cats situation and she proceeded to shame me and lecture me on how I take care of my pets wasn't correct. I didn't ask for her advice nor did i want it. I was trying to laugh it off but I felt so uncomfortable by the whole interaction.

THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT "WRITE THE GIRL UP" A SLAP IN THE HAND AND SHES STILL WORKING THERE. SINCE THE INCIDENT THEY NOW COVER THEIR WINDOW WHERE THEY GROOM. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. BEST IF YOU LEARN HOW TO GROOM YOUR DOG ON YOUR OWN. THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL HAVE A PEACE OF MIND.
