Every staff member was wonderful, from Jay at reception to the manager who was present throughout my visit, and Dr. Luca. I was confident that my cat was in good hands under this team. I came in to address my diabetic cat and begin insulin treatment after an unsuccessful experience with another medication and at-home diet changes. I felt completely supported and never judged. My options were clearly explained, and I left with no confusion or unanswered questions. I went into the appointment feeling nervous and left feeling at ease. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Luca!
