Not a bad wait time at all for a weekend walk in! Diagnosis, tests, and results all were received quickly! They were clearly busy but it didn’t impact care at all! The doc and the lady at the front counter were excellent, very kind, and on top of it! 10/10 Thank you so so much ladies!!! 🫶🏼🫡✨

If I could leave zero or negative stars, I would. Brought my English bulldog here because my normal vet was closed. My dog started throwing up all of a sudden and passed out right after he threw up and looked like he was having trouble breathing. Immediately took our dog here to see what was going on and hopefully get treated since it was after hours. When we got there around 8 p.m., they took our dog back for an X-ray and told us they would bring him right back after the X-ray and then we could discuss where to go from there. Our dog gets very scared around people he doesn't know and we were worried that taking him away from us for a long time with people he didn't know might make things worse. They told us the X-ray would be quick and they would bring him right back and then once they reviewed they would come back and we could discuss next steps. That seemed like a good plan, however, 30 minutes went by and no communication from anyone at all. My wife and I got a little worried at this point, since we have had very bad luck with most animal emergency clinics we have ever been. After 30 minutes of no communication and the staff telling us they would bring him right back after the X-ray we tried to find someone at the front desk, which nobody was around. We then opened the door to try to find someone to see what was going on and saw they had him just sitting back there in a cage and not doing anything. They then yelled at us for opening the door because we were worried and couldn't find anyone at the front desk. We were worried our dog, which we told them whenever they took him back might get worse if he is in an unfamiliar environment with unfamiliar people for very long. Very unprofessional folks here... The vet then came in and started yelling at us. At this point, we were done with the unprofessional environment and said we wanted our dog and wanted to just pay our bill and leave. He told us we couldn't, which really made things worse at that point. Our pet was our number 1 priority, and we figured he had pneuomia before we even got to the clinic and needed antibiotics. So, in order to get the antibiotics that we knew he needed before we even got there, they said they needed to run a whole bunch more tests before they would give him to us and the antibiotics that we knew we needed. At that point we had no choice. We finally got out of there with our antibiotics and our blood pressure up and almost one thousand dollars poorer. The money wasn't the big issue because our dog is part of our family. Communication (or lack thereof) and unprofessionalism was the issue. I will never go back here again.

The vet (red hair and tall) is extremely unprofessional and has no empathy. This clinic would rather your pet die than help you. Better have more than $300 for X-rays and sit in a room for hours to be charged $170 for less than 3 minutes. But not that 2 of the 3 minutes is just being told you have to have X amount of dollars before they will do anything. The prices are exorbitant and they are extremely inflexible even in an emergency.

We had a great experience when I brought my Larry in for a sinus infection and back muscle strain. Even though it was a Saturday, the staff triaged him as soon as possible. They.kept us updated throughout our time there. The doctor and staff were kind. The doctor was very thorough, explaining exactly why Larry was in pain and provided a clear recovery plan for his back and sinus infection. They were transparent about the costs upfront, and I felt like Larry was in compassionate hands. We highly recommend them for any pet emergency!

I brought my cat Teddy in late on a Friday as he was straining to urinate and was in a lot of pain. They very quickly assessed him and determined it was a urinary blockage and would require a few days stay with them. They were very up front with the cost, and when he didn't require some of the items initially quoted I was refunded for them without even asking. The staff was incredibly compassionate to my baby, and gave twice daily updates. He was also sent home with very detailed instructions on next steps and things to monitor for. I am SO grateful to the staff there for saving my baby. Thank you so much for your skills and kindness to us.
