The Dr.'s and people are wonderful. They are kind and compassionate. The Dr's called and kept me updated since we had to leave our baby there a few days. Thank you to Dr. Guidel and Dr. Park for taking excellent care of my baby.

Thank you all for taking such good care of our Dusty Buns! It was the first night you guys went back to being 24/7 a week I believe. And of course this past Friday evening our Dusty Buns decided to do a kamikaze off our our dresser, land, and then freaked himself out so hard he ran into our closet door, causing a concussion. He was panting and breathing heavy, I brought him in around 8:00 where a worker took him straight back to y’all most likely to make sure he was at least stabilized. Thank God he was okay and got to come home after some oxygen, and injection for swelling, and some TLC from each and every one of you. Thank you SO much again!

Took my dying dog in at 12:40am to be put to sleep on a Friday morning. As I sat in the room, holding my dogs head up so he could breath, for a very long time, I heard at least 2 employees in the back of the clinic laughing. I knocked on the door and was told they were with another patient. I doubt someone who brings their pet in in the middle of the night would be laughing. They also have a sign posted that they have a right to refuse service so I didn't feel I could push the subject. The Vet came in and asked what I wanted done. So I had to tell him to put my dog to sleep. They took him in the back for a long time to put a line in his vein. When I got back in my car, it was 3:00am. I consider that timeline torture for a dog who is suffering.

If you have an emergency- don’t take a chance here. We went here just after 8 AM on a Tuesday and they did not have a doc that could attend to emergencies.

First and hopefully last experience but a fantastic one none the less. The receptionist who took our call and handled our intake and discharge was extremely friendly and helpful from the first hello. The vet tech’s all treated our pup so kindly and listened to what we had to say. Dr. Lisa was extremely professional and kind. She heard us out and did a very thorough and sure check of our dog. We felt very certain she determined our issue and handled is as simply and precise as possible. Thank you so much!
