- BBBrittnie BowenApr 23, 20261.0Do NOT bring your baby here!! Drive the extra 15 minutes to VSS on Manchester. We brought our kitty in after he collapsed and started having seizures late at night. In the afternoon the next day a woman called saying they dont have seizure meds and I would have to get a prescription and go to walgreens and bring it to them. The woman vet (i dont remember her name) was insanely rude and condescending any time I spoke with her. Thank God VSS accepted the transfer and he immediately improved upon going there and now he is home. I truly believe if he stayed at this place he would've never improved. I also paid the same price for 1 night stay here vs 3 nights at VSS...

I never felt like a bother. I truly think they were giving her the best care possible at a reasonable price. When I picked her up, she was given a bath because she had vomit on her fur. Thank you so much for taking care of her! You guys are all awesome.

Unfortunately, our first interaction at the front desk with Kala was very disappointing. Instead of being met with compassion during a stressful time, she was rude and unpleasant. When I went to pick up my dog’s discharge papers, they were simply thrown on the counter instead of handed in my hand. In situations like this, a little empathy goes a long way. While I appreciate the medical care provided, the lack of professionalism and compassion at the front desk left a lasting impression. I would not recommend this facility based on that experience.
