- NJNorma JaneMar 28, 20263.0I almost ran over a couple of folks to get there on time for my 2:45 appointment. However, when I arrived, the lady was on the phone. After about 5/minutes, she STILL hadn't acknowledged myself or my dog. I politely asked if we should leave and come back later? STILL no response or acknowledgement? After more time had passed, I reached for the door to leave when a lady came from the back and asked if I'd been helped, No! Jenna finally got off the phone and I informed her that I had been in customer service over 50 years and had NEVER been anywhere that the receptionist wouldn't acknowledge someone standing in front of them for almost 8/minutes and that I felt insulted. Jenna said well, it was a complicated call?! If I don't feel I matter, I probably won't be back. Been my PetCo for over 3/years.
