  Love the store! However J in the grooming department made our nail clip only appointment a terrible experience. Not only was she rude for a 30 second nail trim she came out expecting a tip. When the young man checking us out asked if I wanted to tip her and I said no, and I would not be back for another nail trim . Ms j was back there at the counter and stormed out and flipped us off at the door. But at the end of the day Petco is where I will shop . Grooming no.mind you this was a small 18lb dog who didnt fight and wasn't bothered to have nail trim. The rest of the store has excellent cs.

  Stood at the fish section after asking the front if someone could get me a fish. She went to the back and came back, and said that someone was on the way only for me to wait for 20 minutes and still No one and she sees me and ask if so.eone has been there i say not and she goes to the front and does not do anything. I left and went to petsmart and was promptly helped and the store at petco was a complete disaster the fish tanks had no lights and were all green would not recommend anyone go there.

  The associates were very helpful and awesome. We got 2 chameleons and a lot of supplies for the second enclosure and it was nice to actually have everything I was going to need so I wasn’t running to other stores afterwards. Already love these two little souls!!

  I have two Aussiedoodles. Their food Science Diet, American bones, and some dental treats I purchase here. Not to mention my aquarium food. No worries on getting any of this. Check out always friendly. Thank You
