- MSMelissa StewartDec 7, 20251.0Jenna is absolutely the rudest person with no customer service skills this is clearly not the job for her, will be seeking elsewhere for our dogs needs as no one should be treated with such disrespect. Would not recommend anyone to use Petco grooming as we have used them since we have had our dog. She told me that she never would groom my dog again and mandated that she can only come in the morning and only use the person we used previous appointments, told me they closed at 6 and I better be there by 5:50 very rudely, she was rolling her eyes and mad the second we walked in the door, told me she would not meet my dogs needs if my dog wouldn't allow her mind you this is a 1 year old lil pup who has been groomed since we have had her. Clearly she doesn't like her job and clearly has no people skills and she simply doesn't want to work. God only knows what she did to my poor dog while in her care. Not happy what so ever especially with the cost of the service.

We were a bit concerned but after a day she is back to normal. We have not experienced this in the past and it was a bit concerning. Also, her nails were not evenly trimmed so I will be taking her to our vet to have her nails done again.
