I went in for help finding a good dog food and asked a employee for help where he said he didnt know and sent me to another employee who im guessing is a manager. She then told him she was too busy to help us and when he said he wasnt confident she said "well u have a dog" and when she went to show us a dog food she picked a randomd food and didnt go over anything. This was very poor customer service and i wont be sending anyone here
- CCCyllApr 10, 20195.0We used to have our dog (Thor) enrolled in the training course with Nayeli. Thor was an outside dog with zero training at 6mo after a few short months he was a completely different pup. It was amazing how just teaching him, and us how the basics work day to day and how to implement enrichment training changed everything. We now have a great companion that lives a fun life and enriched life. We discontinued training after Adult 1 and began his training as a support animal.
