I went in today to pick up a pet play pen and the lady at the register saw my dog and asked if he wanted a treat and I told you her she was more than welcome to try and give him a treat (I was trying to have a positive association with strangers) we both got down low to the ground all was going well he was eating treats, then she proceeded to pick up my dog WITHOUT my permission. And he out of fear peed all over her. And as a dog groomer and pet specialist I know every employee has been trained on interaction with animals especially dogs. Picking up my dog was completely uncalled for and inappropriate. And when I asked to speak to a manager they told me there was no manager working. Which I know is not true there’s always a manger or supervisor working. I would like this store to retrain its employees on proper animal behavior. And also how to apologize to customers I was very upset. And still am.

I bought a used one and I didn’t know what I was doing. He helped me get rid of the invasive snails that I had acquired. Gave me all the ideas to take care of everything. He has helped me when I needed emergency help because my chemicals were so out of whack. I truly appreciate him. I go to that particular Petco because Brandon is there. Even if it’s my dogs, I have a question about or my fish tank. Brandon is my go to guy. I hope he is always at this location because I will follow him if he changes stores. My fish tank has never been cleaner. My fish are happy , thriving and my chemicals are doing wonderful thanks Brandon!
