They did not honor the free bath when I finally reached it and just restarted the free bath count. Because of that and not wanting to continue to pay $23 per animal a month, I called customer service and told them I wanted to cancel. They said all that could be done is turning off auto renewal and I would have to continue to pay until February 2026. It's currently October 2025. They were not upfront about a long term commitment when I signed up. Don't waste your money or time. Petco Vital Care is a scam. I will no longer be using any of their services.
