- LClori carnell2 days ago1.0Don’t waste your time! I was running 5 min late and was told it was fine as long as I was there within the allotted amount of time. I was and the vet left for lunch anyways. I waited for her to get back! I had a cat who could not walk on his paw. I was not in the exam room when she examined him and she said he was not limping on his paw. I have no idea what she is talking about because he still can’t not walk on his leg and holds it up! She obviously did not examine him!! Don’t waste your time, the vet couldn’t even tell my cat couldn’t walk 🙄 and the exam fees are reasonable but exrays start at $500 that is emergency vet prices! This place is a joke! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! There was only one person in the whole place who seemed to have a brain in her head! She had long brown hair and was very kind! I wish I would have gotten her name so I could put it on this review! The rest of the staff were horrible!!

She got spayed last week and is already up and running - while the wound seems to be healing nicely. I signed up for one of the Wellness plans and got her spay included. They also offer nail grinding at each appointment! The staff are so friendly and even when Chewy is all shaken up, they treat her with such care! I definitely recommend their services and especially this location.

The care that Dr. Romanzi provides is EXACTLY what I hoped to find for my kids. She is so thorough, and it's clear that she genuinely loves and cares for the animals she sees. The rest of the team is also really friendly and easy to get in touch with. Thank you for all you do!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
