They make a really great product and I would recommend it anybody looking for a sturdy travel kennel for hunting or at home. Customer service was great despite their heavy order load. 10/10 would buy again.

Top quality material which keeps my Belgian Malinois safe and sound when riding around. I have a Chevy Tahoe and the Large size fits perfectly in my truck (I can still have my back seat up in normal position as well). I did have a slight issue with the handle malfunctioning however KBC Kennels worked with me to have a replacement ASAP (couldn't have been an easier process). I would strongly advise this product and will be purchasing a second unit in the future when we get another dog.

Our trainer provided us some information about these crates and we really fell in love with them. We bought two and have referred them to several other friends and family members. We really like the White collapsible one. Its easy to put together (With a little Practice, takes maybe 2-3 minutes), no screws or loose edges. Its safe and secure and it packs up nicely for travel. The only complaint is the weight. It is a little heavy but that is to be expected with the quality of these. I no longer have to worry about my dog getting out, breaking through or finding pieces. They are very responsive and I would highly recommend to any dog owner or kennel. Thanks!

Our breakdown kennels do not comply with IATA guidelines for air travel, as collapsible crates are generally not permitted for animal transport.
How long will it take to get my kennel?
Our kennels are custom-made to order. Production time varies based on our current workload and material availability. Shipping time depends on the carrier and shipping option you select. If you need your kennel sooner than our typical production time, please contact us before purchasing to discuss rush options, which may incur additional charges.
Are your kennels noisy when used for transport in a vehicle?
To minimize noise during transport, all our kennels now come standard with adjustable anti-rattle tabs. These can be fine-tuned using an allen wrench to reduce any rattling caused by the kennel door's expansion and contraction. This feature can also be installed on some older models; please contact us for purchase information.
Are KBC kennels crash tested?
While our kennels have not undergone official crash testing, we conduct rigorous in-house impact and strength tests. Current crash testing for kennels only assesses cargo containment, not pet survivability. We're awaiting more comprehensive testing methods that will provide data on pet safety during impacts. Our focus remains on producing highly durable kennels for various uses.
Can you guarantee my dog won't escape?
While we cannot provide an absolute guarantee against escape, our standard kennels are designed to be highly secure. We have no reported escapes from our standard models and only rare instances of determined chewers creating holes over extended periods. Our kennels are engineered to be among the most durable on the market, with a strong track record of containing known escape artists.
Do you offer the breakdown kennels in XL size or custom sizes?
Currently, our breakdown kennels are available in small, medium, and large sizes. We are in the research and development phase for an XL size, but it is not available at present. We hope to offer this option in the future.
