- KCKendra ChireeSep 5, 20251.0Made an appointment for a full service groom for my mini pincher I picked her up after almost 2 hours they told me they couldn’t do her nails they said they did 2 of them and she was fidgeting and they didn’t want to try to finish due to it being their first time with our dog. Our dog shows no signs of anxiety or aggression with anyone, they also stated they gave us 20% off and they did not. We payed full price for a service that wasn’t complete.
