- KCKendra ChireeSep 5, 20251.0Made an appointment for a full service groom for my mini pincher I picked her up after almost 2 hours they told me they couldn’t do her nails they said they did 2 of them and she was fidgeting and they didn’t want to try to finish due to it being their first time with our dog. Our dog shows no signs of anxiety or aggression with anyone, they also stated they gave us 20% off and they did not. We payed full price for a service that wasn’t complete.

I make the appointment for a full service when I pick her up they don’t finish the job and they told me that was because my dog was nervous . I brought my dog to several grooming services before and they NEVER told me that my dog was nervous or with anxiety. I expect a very good service due to the prices but it is the worse haircut I never seen and unfinished. They told me to bring her back on a week to finish the job now that I read other reviews about how that treat the dogs I’m afraid to take her back I can’t believe how expensive and unprofessional this place is.
