Don't bring your dog here to get there nails done. Been there twice and both times they refused to do them. They always come with a excuse Not to Do them! So I left there and went straight to PetSmart on Wornall and they got my boy right in and his nails look great. I will never return back to this store for anything EVER!!!

The worst groomer. I told them my dog is paw sensitive and my vet had already trimmed his toenails. The first thing she did was mess with his paws, said he growled and to come pick him up! This is also the same groomer that I had to pick him up from the vet because he "broke" a toenail and was bleeding profusely!!

I never have a bad experience at this location. Staff is friendly, everything is easy to find and if there's a spill, they're very nice about it and help get it cleaned up quickly
