Good place to bring cats fir thier care. This location tends to get a little crowded, but its for good reasons. They take care of your pets here to the fullest extent. They open on very early Saturday mornings, so for someone who works a lot, this is an advantage for me. If I had to complain, the monthly membership prices are a little high. Take advantage of any discounts you find.

Booked an appointment, confirmed appointment and just showed up and they’re not even open. No type of call or notification that they weren’t open for appointments. I was walking out and this apparently has happened to several people and have complained to the store. Total waste of time.
UPDATE: reached out to the customer service contact provided and nothing came from it. Asked for them to help get my appointment rescheduled. Nobody contacted me to help.

First of all, I received a notice that the paper work was available for a visit today for my per that did not occur. When I called to ask about it I learned the location I use is closed for remodel and that any messages left won't be heard until they reopen. I am now concerned wrong data is attached for my pet. And no one to contact to confirm or deny. I am considering canceling my plan and going elsewhere with her.

I looove Banfield! My babies are well taken care of and I love the package plan I have set up for them it’s very specific to their healthcare and dental needs, as well reasonable prices and the vets and staff are absolutely great and I feel comfortable when I have to leave them in their care which is very important to me.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
