  Great customer service. Especially Jake! He was very informative and knew product placement well. The overall store experience was great. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all. Exceptional staff provides stellar service.

  Took my god to get a Face feet and butt trim, along with getting their nails trimmed. The groomer trimmed her nails and feet, but did not do the rest of what I paid for.

  I would not recommend this store for any aquatic animals. I bought 7 fish from this store and one of my fish died on day 2 of I had them . I called there service people that you have to go through for there warranty program. I was told I had a 30 day warranty since the fish I bought was 20 dollars. But when you bring the fish up there all they want to do is offer you a 50 percent off your next fish purchase. Any reputable company offers a 30 day return policy. I will not ever shop here again they have lost my business forever

  Honestly, I feel so guilty every time I go to this store or any Petco location. I only come here when I am in a pinch and need something for my pets out of convenience. I have a cat and dog and a betta fish at home and every time I come in most of the betta fish look very sick, almost on the verge of dying. This is not the only location that I have noticed this and this is also not the only big box/brand store that seems to have the same issue. It does not appear, in my opinion, that staff is properly educated on how to care for these fish. It is extremely disheartening to walk into a pet store that is supposed to promote/help pet health yet they have fish that visibly look sick and dying. Every time I see this, I speak to a manager or worker and they literally shake the small plastic cup and if the fish moves, they appear to deem it OK. This is not OK. I am done with the store. Many people have cats and dogs, etc., and some fish, but for some reason, it seems Betta fish welfare it’s not properly being managed. Plenty of fish (Betta) are actually very intelligent and can live for several years if cared for properly. It is inhumane and very saddening and my opinion.
