- DSDon SuermamnJan 4, 20261.0I always have a problem with this store. The mortality rate for the fish is to high. I have been over charged a couple of times. Tim who works in the aquarium department has given incorrect advice. They need more than one person in that department. I always wait for help nearly an hour. Sabrina the cashier has been on the phone every time I’ve been in the store. And will not wait on customers until she is off. Sometimes she doesn’t get off and eventually someone else comes out and opens another register and checks you out. Her attitude and not paying attention is how you get overcharged. If she gave the customer the same attention as her phone she wouldn’t have made mistakes. I’m done with giving that store my business.

I got less than 2 hours notice that they were canceling on me because someone called in. This has happened twice to me now.

- K7kane 7881Dec 14, 20251.0They will sell you animals with problems for half price and more I got a pied ball python from them and it had mites and could give it to the rest of my collection and when I go to get the product from a very nice store he says you get that pied from Fenton petco they have been trying to get me to come out and fix there mite problem for a long time I shopped hear regularly from my fish buys to my dog and cat food but that’s stoping
- ZDZack DroneyDec 1, 20251.0Don't ever buy animals from this location I recently purchased a ball python from them and found the snake covered in mites 2 days later. Went back to the store to try to get some spray and was told by the assistant manager that all of the snakes had mites and and they where cleaning all of their tanks. if I wanted to talk to the manager shane to call on Monday. Called and the manager blantly said they don't have mites that his assistant manger was wrong and that the mites had to have come from somewhere else. They will sell you sick animals and then tell you they where never ill DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
