  I came in the farmington location for crickets and cat food at 11:30 pm. Initially staff was everywhere, they had some sort of re organizing happening. I politely asked one of the several employees, where I could find crickets, she politely pointed me to the wrong place. I asked another employee who was very rude and said you get them up front, there was no sign of the cricket station and No one was at register. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

  The few times we bought Dolly in her nails were not buffed after being trimmed, and the gland extraction wasn’t done as we were charged for it. She used to be excited to go, now she’s afraid like she may have been mistreated. The service has gone down and the prices have gone up. We take her to someone different, so far they have done a better job at a better price.

  Love Petco I purchased a Beta fish and a fluvo aquarium, 6 gallons and it has been working great for my Beta fish that is named bubbles. He has been loving it. The service is right there, the quality Beta fish is amazing that had a whole bunch of options or different types of Beta to choose from on a shelf, I picked a male Half Moon double tail. He's been working out great for me. I would definitely recommend Petco, they had a service that was great. The lady that was working there, talked us through Every bit of the way recommending different aquariums recommending the best betafish, telling us all about the different types and how to take care of them, they very, very helpful TED out of 10 customer service, super friendly and answer all of our questions.There was no rush walked us through the whole process.Ten out of ten definitely would recommend.
