- KAKara Anselment6 days ago1.0They butchered my dogs!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!! My Morkie's ears and tail were choppy and looked like they cut it blindfolded, the rest of him wasn't any better!!! My papillon which was only supposed to get his feet trimmed and his privates trimmed came back with his tail DESTROYED and his bootie hole looked like a snow shovel had been used on it!!!! I AM UPSET AS HELL and will NEVER return.

Called store manager and agreed to come in on a Saturday to fix the issue. Checked times online, shows store opens at 8 on Saturdays. Went there at 8:20 to be told they don't open till 9. This whole ordeal has been a hassle and It does not feel like petco has been doing what it can to help.
