The employees were a little hesitant about me taking one, and asked a lot of questions, I could tell they really care about their animals and do the best they can, in their power. This little one has only been here a couple days with me, but she is so spunky and we love her so much!

Super easy! She (I'm sorry I don't remember her name - she was working at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23) was kind, helpful and easy to work with.
- ENEm NSep 10, 20252.0I used to enjoy bringing my dog here for a different type of enrichment, I now dread these visits. The staff is majorly lacking in customer service skills. Never greeted, never asked if we need assistance/found everything ok, always have to wait and ring the bell or squeak the toy multiple times to check out. Staff pulls out their personal phone the second a transaction is completed-while the receipt is still printing. Have also had staff overshare unprompted while ringing me out, sharing their own grievances with the company or their own medical issues. Would love to see friendly staff who actually seem to like and care for pets working here!
