Discussed with them at the time and received a "I Don't Care attitude." Owner replied to my bad review of them, so I contacted them and received no compensation of another bath. This was a while ago,but Google asked me to review them and I stated my last, never went back, review. I would highly recommend not using Petco grooming for your treasured pet.
