- KWKimberley WiebergOct 30, 20255.0I took my little dog in who has anxiety and newly diagnosed dementia. My poor puppy was matted and needed a lot of TLC. I had taken my little guy to another groomer in Columbia and had a horrible experience so I was really nervous about taking my puppy to a new place. This place did not disappoint!! They took their time, listened to my concerns and gave my sweet old girl the spa day she deserved. She looked good, smelled good and the groomer was in communication with me the whole time. Afterwards, upon pickup my girl even got a squeaky toy🩷 Highly recommend!!

But, honestly, when I started hearing the lady in the back shouting and yelling at the dog she was working with, it really put a terrible impression in my mind. If this is normal behavior from this groomer, she should be ashamed of herself. I immediately walked out without talking with whoever was in the back. I just couldn't hear her talking to that poor pupper any longer.

They care for the pets as if they are the only pet in the place. I have been very pleased with the care and performance of this place. If you have them take care of your pet you won't go wrong. Oh did i mention that they are very reasonably priced. Once yo give them a try you will always go back. Your pet will fall in love with them.
