Very poor and sad animal husbandry, from bearded dragons being cohabbed to improper uvb with some of the animals showing onset MBD symptoms and ball pythons glass surfing, improper access to uvb and employees recommending cohabbing leopard geckos as an option.

This location is terrible on more than one occasion. They never answer the phone. I have tried three times now to call ahead to see if the self wash is open. Nobody ever answers. I called at 10:15 on a Friday. Not during a busy weekend hours. So I go up there and of course the self wash is closed. Actually I’m not 100% sure it was closed, but I stood outside the grooming center for a reasonable time and never got assistance. There’s no bell. I asked one associate if it was open and she didn’t know. The signs were up, but the belt wasn’t across the entrance of the self wash but it doesn’t look like it was open. The mats were propped up in the tub, etc. And I’ve asked a store associate before on a second attempt and it sounds like very much It is the grooming people versus the store associates. They are separate and the groomers handle the self wash.
I work retail too, and I understand the struggle especially during the holidays and I am very reasonable and understanding of how retail works. They should communicate more clearly that they have staffing issues that affect the self wash or whatever the issue is or at least answer the dang phone. I will not be back to self wash or my once a month visit to stock up on other things. I’ve tried three times to do the self wash. The store is a cluttered mess. Freight everywhere needing unloaded. Unorganized. Out of bare pet essentials. The live animal area stinks like ferrets. I should have gotten pictures. This store is new and failing miserably from my management in retail perspective.

Brought my puppy there to be groomed. They did a great job overall on the grooming. However, I guess when trimming around her paws they cut her paw pad. I’m not upset that it happened I get it puppies are wiggly and accidents happened. The problem is I was not informed I did not realize until there was blood on my clothes and had to inspect her.
