So instead I bought two of the 2 for $5 toys for my Mom and Dad’s dog when she comes to visit. They are small, and she loves small toys because they fit in her mouth well. Her favorite toys to play with at my house are ones I’ve bought her from the 2 for $5 bins, and I’ll gladly give her more of those over an expensive Kong any day!

The ferrets pin has poop all over and their little box was caked with poop. This location does not take care of their animals.

When i can in there was nobody in the store but an employee helping a customer with fish. i had been in the store for 5 minutes maybe before i got to the register where there was a line. the employee was still helping the customers with the fish. After waiting around 5-10 minutes for an employee to check us out. A young girl named Inca helped us. She was extremely rude, We had waited for her for 10 minutes maybe before she caught an attitude with us. We were really nice but annoyed we had to wait so we were confused on why she was the one angry with us. Never seen an employee so miserable and before. I will continue going to Pet Smart. Maybe don’t have your employees understaffed as well. But Inca is too immature for customer service.
