  The aisles are too narrow and you can't always get down them sometimes due to blockages. It could be kept neater and less disorganized.

  The most horrible experience of my entire life , visiting my local petco in Cape Girardeau on Sunday afternoon, I was really happy to found an entire shelf of liquidation, unfortunately none of the staff out out there let me buy their products at the special price because none of them was able to change the price in the system trying for more than 2:30 hours to try to help the cashier doing some maths… Mistake by mistake because he don’t know how to use the system , texting his manager to try to help him with no help , no one honored their price after near 3 hours ok I say I will come back tomorrow and the man can do it , I ask them on Sunday to prepare my facture give my phone number because I will take all the stuff in clearance. Visiting them on Monday the manager Rusty was horrible with no respect and claimed it’s a promo of the weekend , I say I understand and I really want to buy all but no one was able to do my bill correctly. He literally refused a sale of 400$ … ?? what the heck here? He was arrogant with me and tell me lies saying the systems doesn’t respond and today he can’t give me the discount … Horrible story , poor employee, they have line up behind me , I tell the other guy to call a cashier, he say no , nobody will come we are in break !! I opt to continue to say my point that the mistake are in their part he show me the door How they can do business with refusing a sale Rusty and is team need a meeting it was really insane Hope Petco will do better and reach me for more details on the event
