Our pup has complicated medical needs, and she always takes the time needed to provided thorough treatment. Appointments are easy to make and they are always running on schedule. The waiting room is calm and free of chaos. The pricing is reasonable.
- TCTina CrabtreeJul 16, 20251.0Lacroix has been my vet for 7 years...that being said, they know my pet can be aggressive when it comes to her nails. They've almost always had to muzzle her from day 1. Today I took her in for nails and anal glands...$73 bucks! I was flabbergasted. They have never charged extra for a muzzle or extra assistants. And never told me they had started charging extra for this. She's a 15 year old, 14 lb. Pom/Shitzu mix, she's not a Great Dane! If they had come to me in the waiting room and expressed that she was being extra, I could have held her for them, no big deal. Did they do this...NO! They just charged me an extra $40 bucks. This is highway robbery, especially for those on a limited income!
