  I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Cape Girardeau Happy Tails Dog Boarding. My dog was injured while I was away, and the staff handled the situation poorly from start to finish. They were unresponsive, and every person I spoke with gave me a different explanation of what happened. I requested camera footage of the incident several times and never received it. The injury occurred outside of regular vet hours, and the staff had no plan in place for emergencies. No one knew which emergency vets were available, and I had to scramble to figure it out myself while worried about my dog’s condition. This is unacceptable for a boarding facility that advertises itself as responsible and trustworthy. I cannot recommend this place. My dog’s safety was not taken seriously, and the lack of communication made an already upsetting situation much worse.

  Staff worked hard to make my dog comfortable while being boarded. Money well spent, my dog was in good hands while we vacationed.

  Went to them for my first time and they were awesome. Got my baby in no problem especially in this time of year when every is so busy and they did a good job. He smells sooo good and looks great. I think I found my new groomers. I definitely recommend these people. Staff is super friendly and understanding.

  I am very satisfied with the quality of service that I have received here. These folks here are very professional, and are also helpful. The prices are very reasonable. I have taken both dogs to this establishment for both boarding and for haircuts. We have never had any problems that were unexpected. One dog does not like being boarded, and he left here as he has left every other boarding stay he has been at. All in all, a great place for us.
