From the moment we walk in, the team makes us feel seen, heard, and cared for. They listen to every concern, no matter how small, and treat us like family. Their kindness, patience, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything they do. I’m so grateful to have a team that looks out for us the way they do we truly feel safe, supported, and valued every single visit.

Every time I visit this store, either poor customer service, they don't gave my product or the hours are wrong, and I've made a waisted trip up there.. They do not have a phone number of the actual store listed, its the vet thats in the same location.. The manager us clueless to knowing what actual customer service is.. And most of the employees are awkward, and unknowledgable.. I will not frequent any petco in the future.. Too many times.. I'm in customer service/retail as well, I wouldn't even think of treating my customers in this way.. Part of your business is to keep up with Google and other ways of connecting..
