These guys are the absolute best when it comes to my Teddy’s care. They are extremely gentle and loving with him. The doctor takes the time to explain everything to you and not rush you off. All of my questions and concerns are taken care of!

Won’t be bringing my pet back here. They muzzled him for a routine rabies vaccination and asked for me to put it on him. If you are scared of pit bulls just say that. Not pit bull friendly.

Unfortunately I will never feel safe bringing my dogs here again. One of them has been on thyroid medication for a year and a half, prescribed through here originally and throughout the entire duration of treatment, and they suddenly refused to refill, stating they need a 6 month bloodwork check up first. He has never needed this throughout the year and a half, nor has it been said to me. We did not have to do this last year. In fact, I was told we would recheck it at yearly check ups, the next one being six more months from now. Bloodwork has already shown MULTIPLE times he is stable at his dosage. We are actually out of state for an extended time and the closest Vetco is a 2 hour drive, adding a serious burden to my ability to do so. We are also remote, giving us slim pickings for a new vet for at least an hour and a half drive. Had I known this to be a necessity, I would’ve made very different arrangements. I had to FIGHT with them for my baby to get a month supply while I rush to find a more competent clinic to continue his medication. Both of my dogs are fearful rescues, making it difficult to find a veterinarian who can handle their emotional needs, and now I will have to do so out of state, and out of nowhere. Double whammy, they are pit bulls who already face discrimination everywhere they go (this definitely includes vets offices). I felt SO fortunate to finally find somewhere that could take care of them, but clearly that is not the case. Suddenly creating a new “rule” on bloodwork is ignorant to the ability of a pet parent, and neglectful to the health of the pet. I’m just grateful to witness their incompetence through this situation, instead of one that could be fatal, as I see in recent reviews. Seems to have seriously gone downhill lately.
