    Petco has the worst groom salon and corporate office I've ever encountered. On Wednesday, February 11th, I visited the veterinarian in Brentwood, MO to update my dog's vaccines. During that time, I inquired about the Wellness plan in which resulted in me purchasing coverage for my dog. I primarily made the purchase for the incentives. I was looking forward to the discounted grooming and purchase of dog food and treats. Immediately after my dog's visit with the Veterinarian, I stepped into the grooming salon to book an appointment to get him groomed. I spoke with the manager and a newer groomer about my preferences and concerns for him. I made them perfectly aware of the sensitivity he has with his paws and nails. Both young ladies assured me that wasn't an issue. I booked an appointment for February 21st. The appointment was cancelled immediately. The manager told me my dog was labeled as a "send out" and suggested I reach out to corporate. I did just that. Corporate informed me that there was no such thing in their system. I called the salon once again and they told me otherwise. The corporate representative made a claim on my behalf. He also told me someone will reach out within 72 hours. It's been 18 days since this occurred and no one has reached out. At this point, If I can't get my dog serviced / groomed, I want a full refund for the purchase and enrollment of the wellness plan. As well as cancellation and unenrollment of future payments for the wellness plan. I'd greatly appreciate if someone preferably from the corporate office, will contact me regarding this matter.

    This was our first visit and it was great! Dr Moore was professional and we love Haley. My pup took an instant liking to her and we look forward to coming back. McKenzie was a sweetheart too. Thank You to all for great service!

    Dr. Anderson and nurse Hailey were so kind and able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I had a great experience from check in to check out. Also, the clinic and store was very clean.
