Many of the female groomers are rude, stand offish, seems to hate their job, and will give you forced, fake smiles, for the sake of formality/professionalism. I picked my puppy up from his appt. yesterday and his head was soaked and there was still soap in his fur. No explanation, basically heres your dog, go pay, and leave. I won’t use their service again. Not worth the money or the hassle of not knowing if they feel like working that day or not.

It was strange that when he had his exam, they only gave him half of the medication that he needed. I had to call and basically beg for the results and they said everything was fine and he died two weeks later. They doctors need to keep it real.😭😭😭😭😭 He suffered because I believe the results.
