Horrible experience, the fish they have have a bacterial infection and they still are selling those fish, bought fish and noticed worms in the bag and returned them within minutes of buying then never received my refund either. Young guy in the fish department said his manager is in denial of the sick fish that wiped out one of their coworkers whole tank. Horrible customer service, had to call corporate office and file a complaint and still haven't received my refund they promised me would return back to my account because on top of the disgusting fish experience the manager messed up at the register when it came to my refund. Don't shop there.

Grooming dept needs to tell their customers to have full control of their pets immediately upon removal from vehicle. I was there a couple weekends ago and was nearly attracted from behind on my way into the store by a massive Doberman. This is not okay!! I don’t care how well trained you think your dog is, there is always a chance that an animal can act aggressively even without being provoked. Because of this experience I will no longer be shopping at this store. Do better.

Gabby H did an amazing job with our two dogs in grooming! The whole appointment was reviewed ahead of time when I arrived. I did choose to pay extra to grind the nails vs cut. There is a pet supply fee per dog of $5.99 which in the end I paid what I have paid elsewhere in total so I am ok with that based on the excellent service I got. She listened to our dog’s specifics and I was so very pleased when I picked them up. I will definitely return for her expertise again!
