I was just worried about my baby, and their response was "We're too busy" or "your just going to have to wait" in a condescending tone. these people have no customer service skills! DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IGNORED AND TREATED LIKE SHIT.

I wish they would've put in a little effort to make that information readily available so I didn't drive 30+minutes (1hr) round trip for no reason. After waiting an 1, they didn't have either prescription and they couldn't look it up in their system because it's only 2025, why would they have that ability?

My biggest gripe is about the insurance or Wellness Plan. It reduces the price of some services, but it is still so...expensive! About $90 per month....per dog. It just seems like there's no relief sometime...

It was our first time there and it is a great place. Lovely staff, kind knowledgeable and professional. Neisha and Amanda were super helpful, patient with my dog. Doctor Turley is an amazing veteranarian, great listener. Thanks to everyone who works here! For any band field location, a wellness plan will be offered. It works for my dog and me, everyone is different so read through the plan and make sure you know what you're signing because employees have to offer it, I've saved a lot of money with my wellness plan. If you read through the plan/fine print and decide it's not for you then decline and move on.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
