It was our first time there and it is a great place. Lovely staff, kind knowledgeable and professional. Neisha and Amanda were super helpful, patient with my dog. Doctor Turley is an amazing veteranarian, great listener. Thanks to everyone who works here! For any band field location, a wellness plan will be offered. It works for my dog and me, everyone is different so read through the plan and make sure you know what you're signing because employees have to offer it, I've saved a lot of money with my wellness plan. If you read through the plan/fine print and decide it's not for you then decline and move on.

Not only were they the first place I could even get an appointment with, but the second I told them about the pyometra they moved our consultation to spay to the very next day. However, they didn’t think they would be able to spay until the following Monday. But when we got there, they were immediately able to spay her that day. They even helped us make it cheaper up front since it’s an expensive surgery with that kind of diagnosis. They didn’t even keep her overnight which was a big concern of mine as my cat and I are quite codependent. After she was showing signs of discomfort and distress, which was immediately addressed and taken care of. She’s now recovering very well. Please go here if you want someone who will treat your pet as if it’s their own.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
