I had an appointment this week to get my dog, Goose, in for his routine vaccinations, but called hoping to get him seen sooner because he’d developed a pretty bad ear infection. Tabitha was so kind and got us rescheduled for first thing the next morning. Goose is a 112-pound gentle giant who is absolutely terrified of going to the vet, and both Dr. Luca and Tabitha were phenomenal with him. They were incredibly patient and calm while Goose circled the exam room as they worked to swab his ears. When it turned out he needed medication, they even offered to administer it there rather than having us struggle with it at home—which we really appreciated! Vetco Blue Springs is always our first choice for Goose’s care. Their compassion, patience, and genuine love for animals always shine through. We’re so grateful for Dr. Luca and Tabitha!!

Tabitha helped me out tremendously by calling my previous vet and obtaining vaccination records I could not get on my own. Dr. Luca was very knowledgeable and eased my concerns. My husky got cheese whiz during the examination so 5 stars from him also!

From the moment you walk into his clinic, you can feel how much he cares not only for your pet but for you as an owner as well. He takes the time to explain every detail, answers all questions with patience, and treats every animal as if it were his own. It’s rare to find someone so kindhearted and dedicated. Dr. Wilburn’s calm presence and expert care make even the most stressful visits so much easier. I can’t recommend Dr. Grant Wilburn highly enough—he’s the kind of veterinarian every pet owner dreams of finding. Truly a blessing to our community and to all the animals he helps! 🐾💛

The vet and vet tech where really sweet and cleaned her up while also doing the exam and made it not a big deal/didn't made me feel awkward. They both answered all my questions even when I thought they'd laugh at a worry and took them seriously and said my cat was a sweetie. I highly recommend them for the online reservation, which you can set up weeks in advance or spend a bit of time in the lobby to do a walk in. From front desk to room to vet tech to vet was about 15 minutes in total. They do offer treats and have a sign saying if you have allergies or your pet to let them know before getting one! Highly recommend as they also are 80$ per visit after the first free visit with coupon compared to other vets around which are 100$+ they even accept PAYMENT PLANS and that is a HUGE plus as they're the only place I've seen that does them if your need a visit but are in a pinch till payday!
