    My maltipoo was dropped off at 9:15am and wasn’t ready for pick up until almost 4pm. I completely understand she was matted, but at this point my dog was pretty much tortured. She’s been trembling and shaking nonstop.

    Set up appointment and when I dropped off my dog they said they were running behind. Got a call around the time i was to pick my dog up and was told my dog had fleas, my dog only goes out to the bathroom and comes back in and is on flea protection. They then ask me what they needed to do. I told them to groom him. They said they would and told me to pick him up at this time. I got there and they had me pay for his groom and flea bath he didn't need. They then told me he wasn't even groomed yet. They did a rush job missing a lot and very uneven cut, had to wait about an hour. My dog weighs 9 pounds so not a big job. I will never go back to the Blue Springs Grooming again. Been going for 5 year and i'm done!!

    Maryanna did an excellent job grooming my Shi-Poo dog. She was very gentle with him and took her time making sure he was groomed to exactly what I had requested. I highly recommend Maryanna.

    We have been there twice so far. Both times an amazing experience. We have used the same lady each time and could not be happier. wmWe will not go anywhere else!!
