They said she’d be done in 2-3 hours, never called us we had to call them after 5 hours to see if she was finished. When we arrived she was panting very hard and when we got her home acted as if she was given no water in those 5 hours. Paid over $100 for the “better” package but they couldn’t even properly clean her ears. Dont waste your time find a real groomer.
