- KFkandice festnerMar 23, 20261.0So crazy that the only time I can’t get my dogs nails trimmed is when I go to a location that you can’t watch them get done. But when I’m at a location where I can see how he’s doing, he is great. Nails done with no problems. Also really don’t appreciate that two times in a row he’s been left to air dry? What’s the point? I spent $60 for a shampoo? That’s insane. At this point I doubt I’ll be back for a grooming, and will probably be cancelling my premium account. When they’re great, they’re great. But the only two times I’ve paid for a full bath and both times I’ve picked my dog up and he hasn’t received half the service claiming he’s being aggressive???? Funny how that’s not the case when I take him to a location where I can watch.
