  The selection of pet supplies at this store is impressive, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I've noticed that the checkout lines can get a bit long, especially during peak hours. It's a solid place for pet needs, just be prepared to wait occasionally.

  The selection of pet supplies at this store is pretty good, and the staff is generally helpful and friendly. However, the store can get a bit crowded, making it hard to find what you need at times. Overall, it’s a decent spot for pet owners, just be prepared for a busier shopping experience.

  The lady at the check out counter made me wait almost 30 minutes before I could get help. She said it's only two people so she chose to help others! I was finally fed up and asked to get someone else to help me. Reluctantly she asked the manager in duty Steven after I asked several times to call someone else for help. Steven was fabulous and went way overboard to help me out, thank you Steven!

  Spencer & Jennifer are both amazing. Both have gone out of their way to help me choose the right food for my delicate lil diabetic (allergic to chicken) toy Poodle-Pippie❤️. Each of them have worked hard to make sure she has the best nutrient rich food, I’ve always bought her food at my Vet’s office or Walmart. Never again tho. I’ll only get her food from Petco now. I can call either of them with all my questions; & receive great, helpful information. *Sending out coupons would be a great help, to me anyway. Dogfood is expensive!!
