  It's a Petco. Close and convenient location for me. Bought Cat Food there because I was out. Note: Large selection- I have fussy cats. They don't eat most products I have tried. Petco offers a money back guarantee if your pet doesn't like the food and you return it within 30 days. Atleast that us what an employee told me.

  This is a great store with very knowledgeable employees. They have pretty much anything you could possibly need for your pet. It's very clean and usually well-organized. Except for when they're doing a lot of restocking. If you need something for your pet head over here! You won't be disappointed! We recently got a new collar there for our foster puppy!

  Employees are always nice. Good selection for good prices. Their store brand wet cat food is very inexpensive and my cats like it as least as much as Canin.

  There is one employee that has been working with my pup the last few visits. There is a brunette employee one that has been unpleasant to work with. I hate to write this, as I have had countless great experiences at this location, but my past few visits have been incredibly unpleasant. As for the grooming portion, the work she does leaves much to be desired as she struggles to match the relatively basic requests. She has lots of trouble with dogs, and struggles to work with them. Besides the haircut, picking up my dog is incredibly unpleasant because of her lack of professionalism. She often makes jabs and comments about the pups and even attempts to diagnose their behaviors.

  Location is super convenient, selection is great, staff not so much. I asked the lady checking me out if they had any bulk tennis balls, she pointed at the single and small packs at the counter (which were ridiculously expensive). I asked again, if they had any bulk anywhere in the store. She said this is all we have. I put my purchases aside and went to look myself. I found a large selection of bulk tennis balls way cheaper, per unit, then the ones at the counter. I don't think she was trying to up sale me, I think she was just ill-informed. I also tried to get my dog's nails cut, was 4:55, sign on door said leaving at 5pm today, hours are until 6pm! Waste of time and gas. These issues are managerial, train your manager, please!
